Chell and Wheatley successfully sabotage GLaDOS's turret and neurotoxin supplies. They confront her and perform a "core transfer," replacing GLaDOS with Wheatley as the facility's central AI. However, the power goes to Wheatley's head; he becomes a megalomaniac, puts GLaDOS's "mind" into a potato battery (PotatOS), and sends both her and Chell deep into the facility's bowels.
