The story follows Will (Jon Michael Simpson), a young man going through a difficult breakup after being dumped by his girlfriend, Amy. He moves into a large house with unusually low rent, only to discover it is infested with restless spirits and a demon. Unknown to Will, the family who previously owned the house made a deal with the demon to sacrifice a "friendless loser" in exchange for their daughter's safety.
