While tracking the Prince, the heroes assist nature spirits who grant them a to help stabilize Selius. However, this light initially backfires by empowering Selius's shadow—because "the brighter the light, the deeper the shadow". Ultimately, the heroes help Selius confront and battle his own shadow. The Prince eventually uses the power of light to seal the shadow back into his soul, stabilizing his magic and agreeing to return to the Astral Academy. Key Characters
