: Head back to the underground subway area where you first found the pumpkin head.

: From the main spawn area, head down the tunnel into the Subway (House of Vans). You will find a Pumpkin Head item at the bottom; equip it to trigger the quest. Vans World Script – Complete Halloween Quest

: Follow the new mission prompt to the Spider Cavern (located near the park area). Perform a Heelflip : Head back to the underground subway area
